Product Description
The on-load capacity regulating power transformer produced by our company is a new type of energy-saving distribution transformer with two rated capacities. Its principle is that without power interruption, the transformer automatically adjusts its capacity according to the load size through an intelligent system, ensuring timely power supply and achieving energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects. It solves the problem of high transformer loss caused by large seasonal load fluctuations in 10kV distribution networks, and overcomes the difficult operation and maintenance problem of off-load capacity regulating transformers that require manual adjustment under power outage.
Product Features
- Automatic capacity adjustment avoids the irrational "large horse pulling small cart" operating state of transformers.
- Capacity adjustment can reduce the comprehensive no-load loss of transformers by 50%–70%, reduce reactive power loss of the power grid by more than 20%, and reduce reactive power line loss by more than 20%.
- The switching process of the capacity regulating switch is completed within 20ms–40ms, maintaining the continuity of low-voltage power supply.
Scope of Application
- Suitable for rural power grids with large seasonal load fluctuations.
- Suitable for urban commercial districts, development zones, industrial zones, and other areas with significant daily and nightly load changes.
