• The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, using steel belts for tensioning and clamping to form a solid frame structure, which strengthens the core clamping force and effectively reduces the no-load loss, no-load current, and noise of the transformer.
• The transformer windings use high-purity oxygen-free copper wire, effectively reducing copper loss. Blocks and stays are rounded, making the electric field uniform and increasing reliability. The inner winding support is strengthened, improving its stability and preventing buckling deformation, which enhances the transformer's resistance to sudden short-circuit currents.
• A capsule or corrugated oil conservator can be adopted according to customer requirements, which effectively slows down the aging of transformer oil. The gas relay with a gas collection device is convenient for operation and maintenance, and the chip radiator improves the heat dissipation effect.
