• The core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with core clamping using integral pressing and PET banding technology. Reasonable measures such as magnetic shielding are adopted in the core and tank structures to reduce stray loss, which not only reduces the load loss, but also effectively avoids the problem of local overheating inside the transformer, ensuring low loss and low noise.
• The high and low voltage windings adopt an oil cooling structure to ensure winding heat dissipation. The high-voltage section is equipped with a separate voltage regulation winding, making the ampere turns of each winding more balanced, effectively reducing the transformer's internal force during short circuits and improving its ability to withstand sudden short-circuit currents.
• The overall assembly uses vacuum oil filling technology, which minimizes the internal moisture of the transformer, completely removes internal insulating gas and "air horn" bubbles, ensuring the oil is thoroughly soaked and insulated. All spare parts of the transformer are made of high-quality, reputable domestic products, ensuring the overall performance of the transformer.
