Product Description
The ZGS11-10 is an important power supply unit in urban cable distribution networks, integrating high-voltage control, protection, transformation, and distribution equipment into a complete pre-installed product. It is widely used in urban and rural power grids.
This product places high-voltage load switches and high-voltage fuses in the transformer oil tank, and is available in two configurations: a single tank with the transformer body or separate tanks. The oil tank uses a fully sealed structure, equipped with oil temperature gauges, oil level gauges, pressure gauges, pressure relief valves, and oil drain valves to monitor transformer operation.
The product is available in ring network, terminal, and power supply modes. To better adapt to the actual requirements of China's power grid, the company has launched plug-in dry-type fuses whose melting does not affect transformer performance. Based on the complexity of low-voltage outlet requirements, the ZGS11-10 product is divided into standard, reinforced, and comprehensive types, allowing users and design units to select models flexibly and economically.

Service Environmental Conditions
- Altitude: Not exceeding 1000m;
- Ambient temperature: Not higher than +40℃, not lower than -30℃; daily average temperature difference ≤30℃; annual average temperature difference ≤20℃; wind speed ≤35m/s; pollution level ≤III;
- Installation site: No explosion hazard, chemical corrosion, or severe vibration. Install on a concrete platform or other flat, solid platform; air self-cooling (AN).
Installation, Use, Maintenance, and Ordering
- After the product is hoisted onto the foundation, tighten the anchor bolts, install the incoming and outgoing lines, and conduct a comprehensive inspection before powering on;
- When replacing high-voltage fuses, first open the switch before opening the door for operation and maintenance;
- Inspections should be performed with the power off, following the instructions in the manual;
- When placing an order, specify the model, specifications, quantity, and the models, specifications, and exterior colors of electrical components;
- If the user has other requirements, they can be discussed during the order placement.
